At Interlet (Sussex) Ltd we provide a 24 hour call out facility at no extra cost, giving you peace of mind.

Should your tenants experience a maintenance issue we will be available 24 hours a day to assist.

We have a dedicated maintenance team, headed by Ray Ellis, with a wealth of building experience spanning over 40 years.

We will also keep you up to date with current legislation should anything change.

At present all properties must have a Gas and Energy Performance Certificate and the cost of these can be deducted from your rental income if you wish.

  • Gas certificates are due annually.
  • Energy Performance Certificates are currently due every 10 years. If you have recently purchased a property you may already have an EPC.

We also recommend an electrical certificate is carried out. Whilst this is not yet an obligation, it ensures the property is safe for future tenants, therefore removing liability from the Landlord.
